Test Driving this Website Builder
Haven't used Wix in a while, and it is chock full of so many features! Blows away Squarespace or Weebly. But with this many features, it also feels quite a bit more complex, kinda like sitting in an airplane cockpit. That's my first impression.
one thing I haven't figured out is how do I get my default URL of http://djchuang.wixsite.com/ to work, whether to have a page there, or to have that URL redirect to my home page at http://djchuang.wixsite.com/site - I can't believe Wix won't let you use that URL!
Though I can't find this clearly documented, my best guess is that a free WIX account has to have a "slug" after the subdomained site URL, and then with a premium upgrade, a WIX website can have a home page at that custom domain.
